On Saturday, October 17th, Regent Porto Montenegro team organised the first photo-tracking tour of Boka Kotorska within which they gathered a total of 6 destination photographers from Montenegro, Serbia and Great Britain.
âOrganising a photo-tracking tour is an expression of our need to show the beauty of the Bay of Kotor and its indigenous lifestyle through the lens of professionals. Through this artistic expression that says "more than a thousand words" we want to emphasize the significance in deciding the first next destination in the era of digitalisation and social mesh. Also, we want to recognise the quality and importance of the work of some of the domestic photographers who contributed to the promotion of the Porto Montenegro village and the destination of Montenegro. We intend to emphasize their work in renowned international media as well as exhibitions in the country and abroad.â, said Elena Ljiljanic, PR & Marketing Manager of Regent Porto Montenegro Hotel
The first photos from the photo-tracking tour are already on social networks. The participating photographers were: Marko ObradoviÄ, Strahinja FilipoviÄ, Mathias Falcone, Ranko MaraÅ¡, Zoran RadonjiÄ and MiloÅ¡ Samardzic, as the most popular photographers of the younger generation who deal with the motives of the Bay of Kotor and photo identity of Montenegro. Mr Falcone was specially hosted by the National Tourism Board and for him is organised a visit to Bar, the Old Olive Tree within which he will have the opportunity to get acquainted with olive oil production and part of the offer for adventure tourism in a canyoning tour through Rikavac river canyon.
The complete program of the photo-tracking tour was accomplished in cooperation with the National Tourist Board, Tivat Tourist Board and marketing team of "Adriatic Marinas" - Porto Montenegro.
