The Chedi Lustica Bay is proud to present their new Chef, Zeljko Knezovic, and with him the new menu of The Spot restaurant.
Based on Mediterranean cuisine, the new menu is a blend of traditional and modern dishes, which revive local organic ingredients, and some forgotten flavours.
Other than this great news, The Chedi Lustica Bay shares more surprises with us this summer as this hotel announced a new Asian Food Concept!
Their team has worked tirelessly to implement an Asian Food Concept that combines the freshest produce with the magical knowledge of their Asian Chef Fugang, who recently joined us from one of their sister properties in Salalah, Oman.
Being a native Asian, Fugang grew up indulging in flavours of the Far East and has learned from masters of their profession. Fugang is heading Asian Cuisine for more than 20 years, and The Chedi's Asian menu is served daily from 8 pm to 11 pm, except Mondays, at the Lobby Bar, Lobby Bar terrace or Pool Deck.
