Following the world-market trends, Regent Porto Montenegro is bringing the ultimate restaurant form to Tivat and to Montenegro. The Regent pop-up restaurant was opened on January 19th, on the first floor of the hotel and it will be active until March 15th operating from 6 pm to 10 pm daily!
The marketing team of the Regent hotel kept persistent to their working policies this time again, tending to bring more fun to the locals and to include the Boka Bay heritage into everything that they do!
This time they are inviting everyone interested to send their favourite original recipes from the Boka Bay and be part of the first pop-up restaurant experience in this Bay.
The deadline for sending the recipes is February 1st and these should be sent to email fb.pm@regenthotels.com.
The best 3 will be selected by the jury and will be added to the official pop-up menu, together with the name of the author.
âWe wish to give importance to the indigenous cuisine and to keep recipes of your grandparents and mothers from the oblivion. This is also an invitation for a culinary night because authors of the best recipes will participate in a special dinner where everyone invited will get the opportunity to enjoy the local creations done by Regent's culinary team.â, said Zeljko Knezovic F&B Manager at the hotel.
