On Friday, December 13th, we had the honour to be guests at the 2nd Fundraising Ball at Regent Porto Montenegro hotel. The amount of 20.520 € was collected at this charity gathering!
The second year in a row, they organised a rich gastro and entertaining program to welcome their partners and friends on an event with a great cause – collecting the resources to help the Day Care Centre for Children with Special Needs in Tivat to receive the most modern equipment for work – sensor and physical therapy rooms.
Regional and international partners from the travel industry were present as well as the travel media. Everyone enjoyed the amazing 3-course dinner and amusing music and dance program with Guitar Duo Nikcevic – Bulatovic and band The Grupa, as well as the Croatian members of Ples sa Zvijezdama show. The dinner started with the delicious tuna tartar with avocado, zucchini, sweet pickled marinated cherry tomato and poached quail egg served with sesame paste and rye toast bread. After the starter, we enjoyed grilled sea bass fillet served with parsnip puree, spinach, baby potato and caper sauce. The cherry on the cake was an aroma-full pistachio and strawberry cake followed by strawberry ice cream, almond crumbs and white chocolate. Milovic Wines paired amazingly with the food and the dinner was a delight!
After the dinner, attendees enjoyed a great music program and participated in the charity tombola. The charity tombola delivered amazing prizes to the guests – hotel stays at the amazing 5-star hotels in the region! From Esplanade in Zagreb to Monte Mulini in Rovinj, Intercontinental Ljubljana, Hyatt Regency Belgrade, Hilton Dubrovnik etc., as well as the stay at Hotel Regent in Berlin. The lottery tickets money was donated to the Day Care Centre, too.
The Platinum sponsor of the fundraising ball was Petit Geneve Petrovic with the highest individual donation, followed by Universal Capital Bank as the copper sponsor, while valuable donations were given by Porto Montenegro – Adriatic Marinas company, Montefish, Winery Milovic, Happy Garden, Jack, PrintAll, Zoan Photography and the national RTCG as the main media sponsor.
The ceremony ‘Best of the Best’ was part of the event’s program, too, where the best partners were announced! The awards went to:
