Lustica Bay Marina

Luštica Bay Marina is one of the most luxurious marinas in the country, located in the heart of revolutionary Luštica Bay, the Marina Village. Marina Village represents a venture to diverse international yachts, boats and cruisers. The marina offers 50 berths for boats of up to 45 metres. There is also a range of flexible berthing options, from a single night through to seasonal and annual stays. As a country that is still on the waiting list of the EU membership candidate countries, Montenegro is not subject to EU tax and import regulations, which immediately provides yacht owners with a range of financial benefits such as only 7% VAT on marine-related services; tax and duty-free fuel and lubricants; no custom taxation on all incoming provisions and spare parts. 

The proximity to the Tivat airport (10 minutes), grants access for direct flights to/from most European capitals, while the availability for helicopters and helipad services and private jets (with provision) is authorised as well.
