Savardak Restaurant is settled in Kolasin, by the road leading to the Ski Resort Kolasin 1450. It is an authentic building made of thatch, which covers the object and it is 1,2 m wide. All the construction was hand made by the owner of the restaurant and his wife. They did it by themselves in order to provide an unique experience to their visitors and tourist in Montenegro.
Savardak is a kind of traditional Montenegrin facility and in similar object old Montenegrin people lived for centuries. Made of natural materials, this place offers to the visitor to feel the spirit of the old times. You can picture country side lifestyle of the people from this region when in this restaurant.
In the restaurant you can sample homemade specialties such as kačamak (palenta) and cicvara (gruel). All the meals are prepered by the owner and since they opened the restaurant, more then 20 years ago, the menu didn't change at all.
We recommend everybody to visit this place where, beside delicious food, one can experience a lot more.
