Café Oscar, formerly known as the Narcis restaurant, is a great stop for hungry stomachs. The staff and the menus from Narcis remain the same in this new format, and the food continues to impress the locals and visitors alike.

The quality of the cuisine is always high, serving a combination of meat and fish dishes, so there is something for everyone. Traditional meat dishes such as 'Lamb Under the Bell' are available for those who want a real flavour of Montenegro, but there are newer versions such as the Wiener Schnitzel as well for those who have tried this fare before. Fish dishes are also produced to a high standard. They are caught locally and cooked fresh in the kitchen in homemade sauces. The restaurant also helpfully serves breakfast, as they are open from 10:00.
